What materials can you work with?+
Carbon and stainless steels, duplex grades, cast iron, aluminium, bronze and engineering plastics—supplied with mill certificates and full traceability where required.
What is the typical turnaround time?+
Every quotation states a committed lead time up front. For breakdowns we operate a 24/7 callout response, and urgent scopes can often be turned around within days depending on material availability.
Can you manufacture from a drawing or sample?+
Yes. We work from your drawings, or reverse-engineer worn and obsolete components from samples—including drafting new manufacturing drawings for your records.
Do you support prototypes and one-off parts?+
Yes. One-off replacements, prototypes and small trial batches are a core part of our workload, with the same QA documentation as production runs.
Can you handle larger volume orders?+
Yes. Batch production is planned with dedicated tooling and staged inspection so quality stays consistent from the first part to the last.
